Shipping & Returns Policy
How long does shipping take?
• Standard shipping takes 3-5 working days within New Zealand.
• Production time is 1-2 days from when the order is placed.
• Express shipping is available for an additional cost.
What currency are the prices on the site?
• All prices are listed in NZD.
I just placed an order—when will it ship?
• We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
• Please allow 1-2 days for production before your order is shipped.
• Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
• Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, email us at streetculture.co.nz@gmail.com.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied or if there’s an issue?
• If your product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
• You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
• Please include your order number and name on the returned package.
Note: If your order is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
• Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships without any penalties.
• If the item has already been shipped, you will need to go through our return process for a refund.
I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
• If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us at streetculture.co.nz@gmail.com within 24 hours to correct it.
• After 24 hours, we can no longer make changes, and no refund will be issued for incorrect submissions.
