Standard shipping takes 3-5 working days within New Zealand. Production time is 1-2 days from when the order is placed. Express shipping is available for an additional cost.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund. Please include your order number and name on the returned package. Note: If your order is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.
